THIRSTY FOR WELLNESS: 5 DAYS DETOX JUICE CLEANSE
Join us at Thea Retreats for a cleanse led by Adi Mayer, and Kundalini Yoga teacher Fern Olivia. We have designed this epic cleanse to detox, reboot, and recharge your hard-working liver.
We will utilize the power of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables in juices, smoothies and blended soups to invite and allow your digestive system and Liver to clear and release stored toxins, poisons, and pathogens. The cleanse is also supported by treatments from our respected, intuitive, and caring healing team, including body movement, self-connection, and powerful healing from within.
DETOX YOUR LIVER IN A NOURISHING ENVIRONMENT
A healthy liver sorts out nutrients and other helpful natural compounds from toxins and works to neutralize these toxins so they become less harmful when they travel through our bloodstream. If the liver becomes too overwhelmed by poor food choices and a toxic environment it becomes sluggish or weak and can not do its job and our health can begin to deteriorate. As our body’s main filter and nutritional storehouse, the liver is essential for dealing with any health problem.
Without a healthy liver, we will not have a properly working metabolism, healthy circulation, balanced hormones, clean blood, and strong digestion. If we are experiencing symptoms like fatigue, constipation, bloating, allergies, and hormonal imbalances they can all be signs of our liver not functioning properly and it might be time for a cleanse. These days many livers are in trouble and we need to take better care of them. Discovering the power of your liver and how to caring for it changes everything.
We were recommended to try Adi’s cleanse while on a holiday in Santa Teresa. It may have been the best decision we made in a very long time! My sister and I were both struggling with digestive issues as well as feeling bloated and not in tune with our bodies at all. Adi guided us through the cleanse and made the juices, teas, and smoothies with so much love. She answered all our questions and explained how every ingredient helps your body. After the cleanse we started to see immediate changes, clearer eyes, skin, and for the first time in many years, digestion that actually worked! That was truly a miracle. Following the cleanse we both feel and look lighter, have more energy, and truly understand the healing power of plants. The special ingredient to the cleanse is Adi, who not only has incredible amounts of knowledge, but she truly wants what’s best for you. Could not recommend this cleanse more and we hope to do it again when it’s time.
